  • Important Information Regarding Vaccines for Rising 6th Graders: Presione aqui para Información en Español

    Sixth grade students will not be allowed to begin school on August 29, 2016, without documentation of one of the following:

    • Tdap vaccine
    • a tetanus-containing vaccine after the age of seven years
    • religious exemption or
    • a temporary medical exemption in writing from the physician because the student is not yet eleven and the physician chooses to administer the Tdap vaccine, Adacel.

    Parents are encouraged to schedule early appointments for vaccine administration with their child’s physician or the Loudoun County Health Department.
